Scope of this Policy
This Return Policy applies to paid services and digital materials offered by Xunrovarstrthran, such as studio sessions, workshops, or packaged guidance where explicitly invoiced. General browsing of the Site remains free. Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, this Policy applies.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory laws. Where a statutory remedy applies, we will provide that remedy in line with the law.

Paid services
When you book a paid session or package, you will receive confirmation with date, time, location or format, and price. Fees are stated in Australian dollars unless another currency is expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellations and rescheduling by you
You may cancel or request a new date by emailing assist@xunrovarstrthran.world or calling +61 2 8892 5200. If you provide at least five full business days’ notice before the confirmed start time, we will refund any prepaid amount for that service to the original payment method within fourteen days, unless a different timeline is mandated by law.
Rescheduling requests inside the same notice window may be accommodated subject to availability. If we cannot find a suitable time, we will offer a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a service for operational reasons, you may choose a rescheduled session or a full refund of amounts paid for that service. We will notify you using the contact details you provided.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend a confirmed session without notice, fees may be retained to cover reserved time. We may waive this at our discretion when fair circumstances apply, such as documented emergencies.
Digital materials
Where you receive downloadable resources, refunds are generally not available after delivery unless the files are defective or not as described, in which case contact us within seven days of receipt.
If access is granted through a password-protected link, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Sharing access outside your household or organisation may breach our Terms of Use.
Faulty services
If a service fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a resupply of the service or a refund. We will work with you in line with those requirements.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. We do not charge an additional refund fee unless a payment processor imposes a fee we are required to pass through, in which case we will explain the amount before processing.
Disputes
If you have a concern about fees or service quality, please contact us first with a clear description. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain unsatisfied, you may refer to external dispute resolution bodies available in your jurisdiction.
